1. Service Description
We provide a VPN application (“Service”) that changes your IP address. Service features depend on your chosen plan (speed, data limit, number of devices).

2. Acceptance
By paying for or using the Service, you unconditionally accept all these terms.
3. Plans & Limits
  • Mini: 2 USD/month – 1 device, 30 GB traffic
  • Standard: 5 USD/month – 3 devices, 300 GB traffic
  • Pro: 8 USD/month – 7 devices, 1000 GB traffic
  • Ultra: 15 USD/month – 10 devices, 5000 GB traffic
  • One-time plans (3/6/12 months) available with discounted prepayment

4. Prohibited Use – Strictly Forbidden
  • Illegal activity, hacking, port scanning, proxy scanning
  • Sending spam or mass emails
  • Attacks on other computers or networks
  • Accessing resources banned in your country or extremist materials
Violation = immediate termination without refund.

5. Service Limitations
  • Downtime: Up to 5 hours/month is NOT a violation
  • Speed: Minimum 10 Mbit/sec; unstable connection up to 1 hour/day allowed
  • No guarantee the Service meets your expectations
  • We are NOT responsible for:
  • Internet/device issues on your side
  • App availability in Apple/Google stores
  • Your actions while using the Service

6. Payment & Refunds
  • 100% prepayment required
  • Full refund if requested within 14 days of purchase. Pro-rated refund after 14 days (based on remaining service period).
  • Refunds only for unused days in current month after cancellation
  • No refund for days you had access

7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all software are our property. You get limited personal use rights only.

8. Changes to Terms
We may change these terms anytime without notice. New version posted at https://premium-vpn.store/oferta. Continued use = acceptance.

9. Termination
We may terminate your access anytime without reason (especially for abusive behavior or harming the Service).

10. Governing Law & Disputes
Serbian law applies. Mandatory 10-day pre-trial claim period. Disputes heard in Belgrade courts.

11. No Warranty
Service provided “AS IS” – we do not guarantee it will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted.

12. Force Majeure
Sanctions or app store blocks = force majeure (we are not liable).
